Pelayanan hukum sendiri adalah bentuk pelayanan Jaksa Pengacara Negara untuk memberikan pertimbangan hukum dan penjelasan tentang masalah hukum, perdata dan tata usaha negara kepada masyarakat dan memberikan bantuan hukum kepada instansi pemerintah.
